 Hey there friend! In today's video, I'm excited to share a personal story of growth and transformation. I went through a situation that would have caused me to be stressed, anxious, and 100% in my head, but this time, I decided to approach it with a calm and collected mindset. I just let everything go and stopped telling myself stories. To my surprise, it turned out so much better than I could have anticipated, and I even received a pleasant surprise from the universe after :)
