  • Track consistency in healthy habits. ARE YOU WAKING UP EARLY AND SPENDING INTENTIONAL TIME WITH YOUR HOLY FATHER AND IN HIS WORD? CELEBRATE IT! ARE YOU MAKING TIME TO EXERCISE A FEW DAYS A WEEK, WRITE IT DOWN! ARE YOUR PANTS FEELING A BIT LOOSE? WRITE IT DOWN SISTER! WHAT IS GOING WELL? LET'S START WITH GRATITUDE OVER WHAT YOUR BODY CAN DO AND SEE HOW SHE STARTS TO RESPOND POSITIVELY TO THE WORDS YOU SPEAK. 
  • Reflect on spiritual growth alongside physical health. WHAT AREAS OF YOUR LIFE ARE YOU HEALING THROUGH? HOW IS YOUR FOCUS ON NON-SCALE VICTORIES SHOWING UP IN OTHER AREAS OF YOUR LIFE? ARE YOU HEARING FROM GOD MORE IN YOUR PERSONAL WALK? ARE YOU FEELING CONVICTION IN AN AREA OF YOUR LIFE? OR THE PULL TO FORGIVE?
