My Story - How I Gained 100 Pounds and Lost (Almost) All of It.

Galatians 6:9 says, 'Let us not grow weary in doing good, for we will reap harvest at the proper time if we do not give up.'

It's easy to want a quick fix, I know, I've tried most of them. When God called me to lay down my heavy weights and eat more food, I didn't listen, until my body was so sore and I was starving all the time but afraid to eat out of my meal plan. 

When I finally decided that God knows best, which I already knew but am a bit stubborn, I've lost 22 pounds in a few short months. 

It isn't easy to rethink health, especially for us ladies over 40 who are struggling with hormones and not knowing what or how much to eat. But I promise you that leaning in to prayer and seeking the Holy Spirit's guidance in your journey WILL make the difference in whether you achieve lifelong results and peace, or not. 

He DOES know best, and He WILL provide, you just need to trust Him. 

I shared with you my 5-minute plan; do you have a morning routine that works well for you? Will you try this one? Will you repeat your affirmations? I hope so! What we speak, we become, so let's speak LIFE and TRUTH and JESUS!
