My amazing client Kimberly, from the 3-Month Mentorship graciously agreed to let me share her coaching call today. Kimberly works second shift as a nurse, she's a wife and mom and her schedule and life are full, blessed and busy. She's tried countless things to lose weight, but she's ready to lay it all down and let God lead her path.

Today we'll make a few shifts in Kimberly's schedule that will challenge her in new, exciting ways. It is never too late to try again.
