1. Gather the family- set boundaries, compare schedules, delegate household chores and set expectations.
2. Look at the calendar and schedule all your 'must do's'. Meal prep and workouts are included in the must-do's *hint hint
3. Plug in the 'I'd like to but don't have to' in your open pockets of open time.
4. Time block-look at your day each day, this is what I do and schedule your day from beginning to end in one-hour increments.
You were made to do hard things and getting your family involved is key to your success!
