Ready to start BLASTING that weight loss? These 4 tips will help you get started!
1. Know your calorie count and MACRO intake. Fueling your body properly is key to losing weight. Most women are vastly underfed, knowing how much your body actually needs is key!
2. Focus on Today! What can you do today to move towards your goals? God's word say to not worry about tomorrow, so stop focusing on the 80 pounds you have to lose and focus on what you CAN do today, wake up with intention, gratitude and focus. Spend time in prayer and the word asking the Holy Spirit to fill you, lead you and guide you. He will! Pretty soon you'll be at your weight loss goal and you won't even care, because obeying that still small voice feels better than any number on the scale.
3. Sleep 7-8 hours a night. You do have time; you just need to spend it wisely and set boundaries with where it's going. This is the KEY to reaching and sustaining your weight loss
4. WATER- your body is made up mostly of water, so if you're not replenishing it you'll feel tired and bloated. You don't need an afternoon coffee, you need an afternoon water.
