Steps to Recover

2. Plan. Jeremiah 29:11, Proverbs 21:5, Luke 14:28
3. Execute. Take messy action! Messy action is better than no action. It's time to get out of our own way and let God do what only He can do. Ezra 10:4, James 2:17, Proverbs 13:4,

You are not your last bad choice, you're who you choose to be in the next one? Hopefully in a posture of surrender to God in your nutrition, fitness and mindset journey.
