3. Execute. Take messy action! Messy action is better than no action. It's time to get out of our own way and let God do what only He can do. Ezra 10:4, James 2:17, Proverbs 13:4,
You are not your last bad choice, you're who you choose to be in the next one? Hopefully in a posture of surrender to God in your nutrition, fitness and mindset journey. Only He can truly heal us from the inside out and lead us to His truth, far and away from disordered eating, gluttony, diet and scale obsession and shame.
