Goodness, am I excited to bring you Episode 154 of the Her Best Self Podcast.


In today's episode I talk all about navigating the summer season & embracing recovery as you prep for upcoming events, vacations & schedule changes.


Between BBQs, summer parties, bathing suits, kids in different activities, being home more often & out of your normal routine, there are A TON of things that can lead to anxiety & overwhelm during the summer months. But this doesn't have to consume the most amazing time of the year.


In this episode, I share with you a few tools that I use in private coaching sessions with clients that can help armor you up for a summer of recovery success!

The truth is that eating disorders don't take vacations....& this is why your recovery can't either.


Summer can be the perfect time to schedule you in as your first priority & develop a plan of attack against those nasty thoughts keeping you chained.
