Hey sis! How is the week going for you?


I am actually a busy busy bee this week. My husband's brother is getting married tomorrow & we are in the midst of all the things. I'm not going to lie though....I love me a wedding! There is something so sweet, innocent & pure....


The commitment reminds me of committing to doing whatever it takes to find freedom from an eating disorder.


So today I wanted to share a very special episode! I recorded Episode 153 just for you if you have been struggling to surrender to recovery & truly commit to a healthy life....one that is no longer restrictive & obsessive with food & exercise.
