Don' worry, this isn't going to be suggesting 45 mins of meditation, an ice bath and the sacrificing of a small child, the very notion for this episode came about when I had some life changes that meant I was no longer to dedicate candlelit morning to visualisation and Joe Dispenza meditations and had to switch things up to work for me.
