Then, we talk with State Rep. Ann Johnson, who shares her thoughts on why she and other Texas House Democrats have broken quorum, and what their strategy is after House Bill 4, which aims to redraw Texas’s congressional maps, passed out of a state legislative committee.

Also, we hear from Houstonian Erick Estrada and his 10-year-old son, who fundraised money to help support PBS after Congress voted to end funding for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
