On today’s Hello Houston, Frank and Celeste weigh in on today’s top stories at the top of each hour including Houston ISD Superintendent Mike Miles’s extended employment contract, demonstrations taking place across the country for the “No Kings Day” protests, and more.

In the first hour of the show, they also talk with Stephen Simpson, mental health reporter for The Texas Tribune about Senate Bill 2308, which would allow clinical research on the medical efficacy of ibogaine – a psychedelic drug.  

Plus, Sean Tajipour, owner and host of Nerdtropolis, a space for pop culture fans to access entertainment news, shares some tech gift ideas for Father's Day and gives us the latest in pop culture for the summer season.
