Hello Houston (June 11, 2025)

On today’s Hello Houston, Ernie, Frank, and Celeste weigh in on Congressman Wesley Hunt’s letter warning Houston-area leaders about protests planned for this weekend at the top of the first hour. 

Also, in the first hour of the show, they talk with Nathan Brownell, CenterPoint Vice President of Resilience and Capital Delivery about the company’s preparation for hurricane season, and we hear Frank and Celeste’s conversation with Denise O’Neal, founder of the Fade to Black Arts Festival, which is running now through Saturday, June 14.

In the second hour, we hear them talk with former Houston mayor Annise Parker who discusses her political comeback, and Danny Perez, public information officer for TxDOT gives us an update on the North Houston Highway Improvement Project, the planned reconstruction of I-45 North and Beltway 8, which began late last year.

Plus, Brandon Bell, the General Manager of DACAMERA, tells us more about what audiences can expect for their upcoming 2025-26 season.
