On today’s “Hello Houston,” Ernie, Frank and Celeste discuss the big topics of the day such as standardized testing in Texas, the Texas Legislatures’ anti-trans bills, Houston’s bad pollution study, Tesla's stock tanking, and more at the top of each hour.

Also, in the first hour, Brian Greene, President and CEO of the Houston Food Bank talks about the possibility of losing funding due to DOGE cuts. Then, we hear the latest “Friends of Frank” in which Bob Pohl, Hall of Fame Chairman for the MS 150, talks about this weekend’s Texas MS 150 biking event to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis.

In the second hour, Teresa Hodge, co-founder of Mission-Launch, and Josh Pritchett, President of Job1Stop, both join in to talk about the Bank on 100 Million Houston Hackathon event which helps people with arrest or criminal conviction records find jobs, careers, and other economic opportunities. Plus, “Forbidden Broadway” cast member Jenny Lee Stern talks about their upcoming show here in Houston.
