On today’s “Hello Houston,” Ernie, Frank and Celeste discuss the big topics of the day such as the Texas House passing the school voucher program and the Houston City Council approving an ordinance regulating short-term rentals at the top of each hour.

Also, in the first hour, we continue our discussion on school vouchers with Josh Cowen, professor of Education Policy at Michigan State University. We then hear Frank’s conversation with Lance McLeod, Water/Wastewater Deputy Practice Leader at Halff, about Texas’ water crisis for the latest edition of “Friends of Frank.”

Then, in the second hour, organ donor Tom O’Driscoll joins in to talk about the importance of Donate Life Month. Plus, we have our weekly “Current Obsessions,” where our hosts share what they’re currently into pop culture-wise.
