Meet Patricia--Venezuelan baker and owner of The Mama Dough, a sourdough microbakery at the Audubon Park Community Market. Over the past two years, Patricia’s been baking delicious sourdough breads while gaining a loyal following of customers who line up at the market every Monday night to buy her loaves, bagels, croissants, cinnamon rolls, and mini baguettes.
