Authenticity is something we all value. However, whether it’s a person or a gemstone — it’s increasingly becoming a rare find. Many people today are more enamored with things that flatter their lives than with what is real. More comfortable with following the norm than being themselves.

The masking of a soul’s true identity often leads to a disconnect with self…  dismissing pain and suffering — especially one’s own.  Authenticity opens the spirit to a different kind of freedom than wealth or success. And it’s one of the most powerful tools to open and heal our hearts.  And negotiate change in the world. 

This episode is about surrendering to one’s authentic self — the difficulties and the rewards that eventually come to those who choose to be themselves.
