The rise in technology over the last 30 years has led to tons of change, but not all for the better.  Our social and communication skills have both decreased, not to mention an increase in miscommunication. We are addicted to overstimulation and overspending (Have to buy the latest ____). And don't get us started on what it's done to kids in schools with bullying and lowering self-esteem. 

HOWEVER, surprisingly technology isn't the problem. It's how we use technology that makes all the difference. In fact, the difference between technology being a blessing instead of a curse is the boundaries we put in place.
