Today we chat about how we can prepare to not gain weight or sabotage our health goals in a week.  
My family is going to Disney World and I go through my biggest tips that I am personally using so that I don't set myself back. 

I have always struggled with gaining weight back on vacation but with some planning this time I am sure I will be keeping myself on track.
