Today I share with you some great ideas to get your body moving more regularly that don't including heading to the gym.  All of these ideas also include your kids... so all mom guilt free!

In true hot mess mom fashion I left one out and messed up my numbering...one other idea is playing a video game like dance dance revolution. They are so fun and will get you sweating in no time.
