PingMD is an integrative platform that establishes an efficient and structured dialogue between patients and their providers, and providers and their colleagues, using a secure app that captures photos, videos, and text conversations; enabling patients to submit relevant information to their providers for immediate feedback, as well as allowing multiple providers - or the care team - to instantly consult with each other toward an immediate solution to patient care needs.  Children's Hospital of Orange County has partnered with PingMD in utilizing its solution for the last year, giving us the customer perspective on this dynamic product.
