#140 Principled Physiotherapy with Dave Adkins

We are joined by Dave Adkins from ‘Principle Physiotherapy’.

Dave talks about the span of his Physiotherapy career, from working intensely with children at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London to varied NHS work before moving into private practise.

Through this vast experience Dave has developed principles to his treatment & patient care.

He believes the human body is largely robust & needs to be given the stimulus, time & environment to heal itself & talks about how issues arise within his patients when they do either too much or too little.

A really interesting discussion which will definitely be expanded upon in future episodes.
