Amy, thanks for emailing me your question. I know a lot of women have this same fear. Because let’s face it, other times we’ve gone off our diets and ate whatever we want, we binge, right?
This is in part because of the binge-restrict cycle.
And in part because of rebellious eating.
Honoring what your body wants and needs, along with slowing down and eating mindfully will help you enjoy whatever you want without overdoing it.
