Jen Seiter is a fellow mind body eating coach and we met through the Institute for the Psychology of eating.
Jen started dieting when she was a teen, but due to challenges with lots of big emotions and not having tools to navigate her emotions she ended up turning to food/falling off the diet by the end of most days.
After 20 plus years of repeating a pattern of self-defeating behavior, Jen finally quit diet culture; she decided she would rather be happy than just be thin.
Jen has found food freedom through learning, healing, forgiving and acceptance of myself as I was created on a core level.
In this episode Jen shares with us how she shifted her dieting mindset. Going from dieting and a belief she needed to be thin to be happy to Now fully enjoying life and food.
