Perspective Matters. A look - see at Osteopathy.

Feeling a bit vulnerable seems to be par for the course when we do something new. This podcast has been no exception, and as always Brene Brown has just the write quote to capture it. As I leaped into the unknown to bring this project to life, I was 'caught' by so many wonderful humans who appreciate what I am doing, and why I am doing it. Thank you, you know who you are.

In this episode we take a closer look at perspective, bias and data sets with the intention of understanding how knowledge comes to be. 

I share more about my education, research interests and the experiences that led to my understanding of health. A peek into the philosophy, art and science of Osteopathy brings a deeper understanding to the fundamental principles that guide me in my practice, and my life.

As learning curves would have it, I had my mic on the wrong setting - but the content flowed and I'm going with it. If you wonder why the sound is a little different, thats why.
