This week’s cycle check-in is all about the Waxing Gibbous Moon and the Follicular Phase—a time of momentum, growth, and energy-building. But with all this forward motion, you might also feel a sense of urgency, pressure to "hurry up and bloom," or like you need to do all the things right now.

In this episode, I invite you to take a deep breath and slow down. Even in nature, growth takes time—what is fresh and new needs patience, nourishment, and care. With rising estrogen, you may feel energized, social, and motivated, but that doesn’t mean you have to rush. I share how honoring the natural unfolding of this phase can help you step out of the cycle of burnout and self-pressure, and how healing actually requires us to slow down.

This episode will help you:

🌷 Recognize and work with the natural energy of the Waxing Gibbous phase

🌷 Release the pressure to rush and allow yourself to unfold

🌷 Shift from urgency to embodied patience in your creative process

🌷 Practice self-compassion and trust in your own timing

This week, I'm offering a somatic meditation for patience, designed to help you ground yourself in the present and trust the unfolding of your own cycle.
