Anu Verma interviews Sardinian- born Elena Perella who is a Mental Focus and Emotional Master Expert. She helps her clients (re)create balance in their private and professional lives by identifying and eliminating family’s inherited emotional toxic conditionings.

The result is the freedom to live their lives on their own terms, be emotionally strong and independent, and free to choose how to feel, what to think, and how to behave. 

What Elena does is based on extensive independent research and on her personal experience of transformation. Having coached herself throughout depression, eating disorders, and domestic violence, and working as a coach in the emotional field for 10 years, she has a 27 years experience on how to identify and eliminate those obstacles that are a discordant note in our lives.

She offers clients a safe and supportive environment where they can start the process toward their freedom, evolving into New Human Beings, so that they can live a constructive life and leave their children and future generations a healthy legacy.
