 In this podcast episode I have best-selling author of The Powerlife Principles, speaker and mentor Mike Kemski on my show who will be giving his unique perspective on self-awareness and mastery, overcoming adversity and the most meaningful explanation of what addiction actually is.

Mike came from a troubled background. A self-proclaimed “throw-away kid” who was told he would never amount to much. He suffered from drug and alcohol addiction and even homelessness. Later, after rehab, life still wasn’t worth living though his destiny changed in the moment that he placed a gun into his mouth and pulled the trigger to blow his brains out though it never worked.

Miraculously, he survived that attempt and began a journey of self discovery - figuring out how humans work and how to create the life that you want. He’s been living the powerlife principles and teaching them to others for almost 30 years now. He's all about clarity, action, and results... and helping people realize the power they have to change their lives.
