Hi listeners and welcome back to the victim 2 victor podcast. In  todays podcast episode, I have a wonderful guest on my show, Amanda Hill. Amanda is a best-selling author of “I Choose Me” as well as the creator of ‘The Mood Munchers’ Book Series For Children. She was nominated for the Global Woman of the Year 2020 awards with her podcast show ‘You Choose You Now’. 

With her passion, energy and enthusiasm, Amanda is courageous in sharing her own story of depression and low self-worth to reveal how she overcame her limiting beliefs and inherited family narratives to become a woman that lives in complete gratitude and alignment with her purpose. In doing so, enabling others to come home to themselves and so that they too can lead others. 

As a mother and wife, Amanda is the CEO (Chief Energy Officer) in her family and with her sense of joy and excitement shows up as a role-model for her family and inspires them to accept who they truly are. Helping children to understand that they are not their thoughts or their emotions, Amanda has created her ‘Mood Munchers’ characters that are all the emotions we feel but are uncomfortable communicating. With her awareness and spirit of joy, she uses these characters in the classrooms to help children acknowledge their feelings.

Amanda is determined to help parents connect with their inner child and heal themselves so that they are their true authentic beings and as a result become amazing, inspirational parents. In love, joy and compassion Amanda shows up every day to inspire and lead those around her so that the world can become a better place to BE.
