Have you ever felt overwhelmed, obligated, or guilty in a relationship? These patterns can perpetuate themselves, creating a cycle that feels impossible to escape, similar to running on a hamster wheel. Such emotions can be linked to stress, illness, depression, and further overwhelm. However, the exciting part is that the more we become aware that these circumstances are connected to emotional patterns, the more clarity we gain, which is needed to initiate a radical shift in our health and lives. To achieve genuine change, it's crucial to re-pattern these issues. One of the things I love about this episode is watching Brandy work with the volunteer. As she does, you can see the patterns with incredible clarity! The awareness of these patterns can provide incredible clarity that can help a person transition from feeling powerless, stressed, and stuck to feeling hopeful and empowered to change their life and get off the never-ending hamster wheel.
