Many people are surprised to realize that subconscious actions and activities throughout the day can actually increase illness in our society. And people don't even realize that it's happening.

However, when we stop and look around for a moment, we can see that illness is increasing all over the world exponentially. It's easy to overlook, but this rise in illness and disconnection in our world is evidence of its power.

And so for that reason, if you're working on your health and healing, I'd strongly recommend not missing today's episode.

It can help bring awareness to subconscious factors which can lead to things like illness, hurt, and loneliness. Additionally, they can, and do, unknowingly affect so many people's relationships.

Today's volunteer, her name is Maria and she is an absolute sweetheart who has been stuck in unconscious patterns since childhood. Her vulnerability and self-honesty are just beautiful.
