Fear of abandonment, anxious attachment and inner child trauma caused me to almost self sabotage my marriage, doing the inner work to heal me has saved my marriage and enhanced intimacy, communication and love for each other. My journey led me to create mentorship programs for other women like me whose past is sabotaging their present.
