IN THIS EPISODE:

•    Hugs strengthen the immune system. We all need that. Such a good thing to have a strong immune system. They make us more patient, they are a perfect treatment for stress and anxiety, they build self-esteem. (4:58)

•    The benefits of hugging are immediate, we are an instant gratification world, and sometimes I don't love that about humanity, but I feel like the pendulum is changing for that more and more. (7:42)

•     And I have some ideas about some fun ways for you to increase the number of hugs in your life, because now we know that we want to have at least 12 hugs a day to really be growing and flourishing. (9:31)

•    I'll share that when we bring our conscious awareness to our body, that is healing in it. So, we can absolutely hug ourselves and experience all of those benefits that I shared earlier, and this is just my opinion, that I believe that our own embrace is just as powerful. (11:50)
