Trump kicked out of CO Election by CO Supreme Court - RP Emergency Headline Update

Tonight We have an Emergency Special Edition Headline Update Show for Ranting Politics, we are reviewing the explosive landmark decision by the Colorado Supreme court to bar Former President Trump from appearing on the ballot in the Republican primary in 2024.  

In the heart of America's ongoing political drama, a question arises: What does Section 3 of the 14th Amendment say? It states that no person shall hold any office under the United States who, having previously sworn to support the Constitution, engages in insurrection or rebellion against it. This clause, a relic of post-Civil War America, has resurfaced in a controversial and unprecedented context.

The Colorado Supreme Court, in a landmark 4-3 decision, ruled that former President Donald Trump violated this insurrectionist clause due to his alleged role in the events of January 6.
