HAAP Ep. 13 - Aloha Friday with Kawenaulaokala Mann in Japan

Kawena is an island boy originally from Kahala, Oahu who has been living abroad in Japan for over 13 years. He is an alumnus of St. Louis High School and completed his Master's Degree in Social Work at UH Manoa. He danced the hula all his life and is now a Kumu hula running his own hula halau in Japan for several years. Join me as he shares his journey of relocating, supporting his ʻohana, and perpetuating his Hawaiian culture.
