Robots, Cyborgs and Androids

On this award winning show, we dive into the worlds of artificial life. Robots. Cyborgs. Androids. Animatronics. We have a complete history of these fascinating creations. The Czech writer Karel Capek gave us the word robot in his 1920 play called R.U.R.

We begin the show with definitions. First, we need to know the basic idea for each of these machines. You will learn the difference between a robot and an android. How are these things similar and different? Cyborgs are a fascinating subset of the robot/android lifeform.
