Shawn began the Soul Forge as a form of self-therapy. It was meant to be a conversation about the things that people don't often talk about. Along the way, it became something greater. Multiple guests shared their stories. No topic was ever off-limits. The Soul Forge was a love letter to the future. Shawn hoped his son would one day find it and gain valuable insights into his father's life. Perhaps that will still happen.
