As with any games we used to play as children, there are also rules to the game of work. Unfortunately there is no hard and fast rulebook that we can carry around with us to help us navigate our way through the workplace.

However, my guest this week, author and executive career coach, Terry McDougall helps us interpret and better understand those rules in her successful book, Winning the Game of Work.
