OK, I'm going to tell it to you straight. In my very humble opinion, not everyone is cut out to be a manager. There. I said it and I stand behind it.

We've all had the misfortune of working alongside others, that, to be honest, shouldn't be in a managerial role. I honestly don't think it's a good fit for everyone and I share this thought and my reasons why, along with some key tips to keep in mind if you are looking at obtaining a manager type position in the future, in this week's minicast episode.
