A quick minicast....today I just wanted to take a few minutes to discuss finding your voice.  This past week I was engaged in a conversation centered around the willingness or ability to say no at work.  Whatever your role, I believe this is something we all struggle with but I also believe that we can overcome this with a little self reflection, confidence and honesty.
