If you know me or have listened to any of my shows, you know that I'm a fan of soft skills. I often ask my guests when the opportunity arises, to share their thoughts on this understated topic.

Some may think that possessing these skills is a given, but I think we've all come across "those" co-workers who seem to have been out to lunch with these skills were passed out. 

I honestly feel that sharpening these skills does take time and practice and that the execution of these skills is going to look different for everyone. While many focus on mastering hard skills, I think equal attention should be given to exercising and strengthening our soft skills, it's this conviction which led me to creating this minicast on the topic.
