As is the case with most of my minicasts, two events happened this past week that inspired me to hop on the mic.
Inspiration #1 came in the form of a webinar that was about as far from being diverse as you could get, in unfortunately too many ways.
Inspiration #2 came when I heard an alternative definition of what it means to be an introvert. Truly blew my mind, I love when that happens!
