As exciting as the administrative support professionals career path can be, I will be first to admit that it may not be everyone's cup of tea. 

Being an admin professional is not for the weak of heart, it takes stamina, dedication, strength and a backbone made of steel, to say the least. 

This is a bit of an 'upside down' episode (shout out to my Stranger Things fellow fanatics!), where I share my thoughts on recognizing when you might be ready to move on from your current administrative support role.
