Happy Halloween! Welcome back to my favorite time of year! #allthecandy!

Today I'm sharing my thoughts on a term I made up called, our career age. 
So what I meant by “how old are you” is, how old you are in your “career age". We have our “happy birthday” age, and that’s definitely worth celebrating, however what I’m thinking about today is our “career age”.
