Happy 1 Year Anniversary!! I can’t believe it’s been 1 whole year since I broke off on my own and started this show.

I can’t tell you how much I have personally grown these past 12 months, both professionally, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Meeting all of these fabulous fierce females has been life changing, I mean that with all my heart. So to all my inspiring guests...THANK YOU LADIES you are amazing badasses who are killing it, and I count myself extremely lucky to have a small part in your journey.

You choose to spend long drives, workouts, and free time with people who you feel connected to--even if we never meet in this lifetime. And for the few minutes you choose to spend with me and my guests, I say THANK YOU for your time and your listenership, it means the world.
