Pouty. Patronizing. Controlling. Typical words to describe a female boss and they’re 100% correct right? WRONG! Why do we commonly assign these traits to our female bosses? It’s not fair and it should stop. Besides, wouldn’t you agree these are traits of bad bosses...period...regardless of gender? Additionally, there is no guarantee that women are more adaptable or accommodating than their male counterparts, these traits are learned, not something that is automatic given the gender. 

Full disclosure, this may have been more of a mini rant vs. a minicast, and possibly just a preview of a future show where we can do a bit more of a deep dive into this intriguing subject.
