April M is a coach, consultant, and podcaster with hearing impairment.

She runs Hard To Hear It, the host of the Hear Me Out podcast, and creator of the We're Tired of Explaining pamphlet.

April has Otosclerosis which led to a diagnosis of Deafness at the age of 25. Nine years later she is an advocate and activist to improve accommodations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing folks.
