We dissect and share our story about an epic day hike and then give the ingredients and recipe for an even more epic sandwich we eat along the way!
In today's episode we explore Joshua Tree National Park for Opt Outside Day 2020! We hike to the summit of Ryan Mountain and make sandwiches from leftover Thanksgiving food that we had made the day before. A leftover sandwich on a great mountain hike!
We also share several other hikes we have done while living in the town of Joshua Tree, California, our favorite local businesses, artists, and tips for the area, and what our side dish would be to accompany this "leftover sandwich!"
