Craig is the run director for the iconic Western States Endurance Run  and Dale is the run director of the one and only Hardrock 100 Endurance Run. We sit down with Craig and Dale to discuss the intricacies of conducting the lotteries, the influence both of these events have on the sport, the future of diversity and inclusion in the sport as well as the elite field of their respective runs.
