After spending three days in the mountains of Northern Arkansas Stephanie tells us about her experience this year at Three Days of Syllamo after meeting her goal of running all three days. We are also joined this week by Jeremiah Nemechek who has run Three Days multiple times, placing 6th for all three days. With this, we get multiple perspectives on this little known gem in the Ozarks.
